Some of my "secrets" are that I never wash my hair two days in a row, and I put vitamin E on the ends . . . it really helps my hair stay healthy and soft. I also use baking soda on zits and boils to help them dry up.

what are your beauty secrets?

I mix the baking soda with a little water so it forms a paste, then I just glob it on my zit. I try to keep it on over night, or whenever I'm just around the house. It usually crust off after you move your face alot, but its still has a thin layer. Try it, it's awsome!

Rituals: Drink plenty of water every day, walk 20 minutes at least three times a week, get at least 8 hours of sleep every night:) ONLY shampoo 2 x weekly (otherwise your hair gets overly dry). Sleep on your back if you can (no creases on face), pilates 2-3 times weekly, in the summer pedicures 1x monthly, Eat your fruits and vegetables (FRESH!!) esp. blueberries, cranberry juice, orange juice, carrots, raisins - and, eat a handful of mixed nuts daily.

If you follow these guidelines you should have heightened outer beauty in no time (as always, give it a few months)

PS..also have your thyroid (T3, t4 and tsh) and hormone levels checked yearly ..low levels can affect many aspects of your appearance skin/hair/nails.

I have a compact by Too-Faced of green shimmery and pink solid shadow. I like putting a thin but visible and femininie layer of green on my lids, and then dusting a thick, narrow line of solid pink on the outline of my upper lid, it looks so pretty! And if I'm feeling really colorful, I will line the top of my lid with a thin streak of glittery purple eyeliner by Urban Decay (you should get it, I LOVE IT)....
Also, I like layering colors of eyeshadow for a mixed, rainbow sort of effect. I have noticed that green on top of blue solid eyeshadow looks good, as well as pink with blue. Hope this helps for some advice!

I use baby oil and baby lotion--they're cheaper than a lot of those expensive lotions and keep my skin super-soft. I also use the baby oil to take off my eye make up, because most removers irritate my skin.

Baby shampoo makes a great eye makeup remover in a pinch- and it doesn't sting.

If you have dandruff..use lemon on ur scalp.
Not only will it smell zesty and great but it helps to dry out the dandruff and itchyness.
