I don't want to dry my hair out, but I'm thinking if I limiit my flat iron use to just once a week and make sure to deep condition once a week, will it really cause that much damage? My hair gets straight when I blow dry it, but the flat iron makes it very very silky...

I am a transvestite that wears panties every day. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know how (although I suspect it happened when I was trying to unjam the copier), but it is obvious that a female coworker know I wear panties. Has she told everyone else at the office? I really don't want to be known as the office sissy even though that's what I am. I feel completely humiliated right now and I just don't know what to think/what to do.

I have previously had red (bright red) put through my hair either as sort of highlights and the rest black, or as a stripe and the rest black. Recently as the red was not popular at work, I reverted to blonde highlights. I am thinking of going back to red.
