It depends on how you carry yourself. Are you girly or do you walk around like the hunchback? Do you wear clothes that compliment your shortness, or do you wear baggy clothes to hide yourself? Do you have a bubble personality or do you walk around like a zombie?
I always thought the short, athletic, bubbly, bright eyed and preppy girls were always the most popular. Guys were drawn to them like magnets. I was pretty jealous of them as I was always the tallest person in my grade. I've been 5'6" since I was 11. I am average height now, but it was hell growing up.

SUPER CUTE !!! I'm the same height and believe me hun, short is in. I know we see all these statuesque models, but trust me-- as attractive as an amazonian is all guys marry the short little cutie because she complements him best.

CUTE! Besides, 5'1'' really isn't that short -- hell, if you're wearing heels, most people won't even notice. But if I were you, I'd embrace the shortness. It increases chances for mischief!

uhm, it depends, if its a disproportional 5 1, then its kinda a trying too hard look (ie, super thin, heavyset, wide shoulders..you get the idea) if you are all over petiete, then its cute.
