go to your doctor and have him/her prescribe you some Phenergan. I'm assuming that you've tried all the OTC things like Dramamine. Phenergan works wonders. It's waht doctors give pregnant women with morning sickness, because it's so safe to use. Army medics give it to patients who are on morphine becasue morphine makes you nauseous.

I always go to sleep. I book the earliest or latest flights so that I know I will be tired, and I try not to read anything or look out the window. I hate to fly and I too get sick. I usually eat before I get on the plane too, just because its better for me to have something in my stomach. Breath slowly. I always feel it coming. If i know I might throw up I just take deep breaths to try and stop myself.

Funny you should ask. I just watched Mythbusters (that science show w/ the 2 red-headed guys). They used the 2 people with the worst motion-sickness to test several items. The only thing that worked as well as a prescription drug (and slightly better)were the ginger pills they took. They had absolutely NO sickness and couldn't believe it. You can find ginger pills in a store's vitamin aisle.

Ginger can help relieve nauseau and vomiting, especially from any type of motion sickness. You could try eating several ginger snaps (Cookies) before your flight - maybe 20-30 minutes prior and keep some in your purse or carry on for in-flight use. Hope it helps!

There are wristbands you can buy for under $10 that end motion sickness. They apply pressure to a certain point that helps your equilibrium. There are also products you can get at the drug store, or ask your doctor for a prescription. One is a little patch you put behind your ear.

When I get nauseous I eat an orange. It would help.
But it would also help if you ask your doctor before travelling. Usually there is something to take for that. I know one but i could not recommend, the doctor could.

None of the perscription nausea pills work for me. So go to Eckerds, CVS, Walgreens, w/e and buy Ginger Pills. They work amazingly! Also, it helps if you can try to just sleep through the plane flight. When you're sleeping, you're oblivious to anything. =]
