I've been trying since months to look for an artist or specialist who can do permanent eye make up in Hong Kong.... but sadly in vain.. Can anyone help me on this one?

If not in HK, then does anyone know where I can get it done from in India (Delhi, Bombay, Pune)

Most people think that water ruins paint, but it seems to be that after you paint your nails and you put them in cold water, they seem to be perfectly manicured. They sometimes even come out very hard. Does this have to do with absorbtion?

We have vision insurance that will cover getting glasses and exams at Shopko, Sears or Penny's. The other places covered are local but I would like to here peoples opinions as to which of three places I mentioned they liked the best and why. It's sort of a sheer rose colour, so it isn't /that/ dark, but it's not exactly pale pink. Anywho, do you think that this is appropriate for school? And if so, what kind of eye-makeup would look good with it?
