I used to have a really close friend tat i thought was my friend but she stabbed me in the back. She goes We don't wanna be your friend out of the blue. Then she goes & starts the rumor tat i like this guy when I dont. They really hurt my feeelings. What should I do. Are they not my friend cuz of how i look or what i wear. cuz last year we waz really tight.

apparently they are not that great of friends if they treat you they way that they do. confront them about how they treat you and the rumors. and if it doesnt stop then you need to move on without them, you cant let people hold you down forever. Who cares if you were best friends before, what about now? You can make new friends if you want to, its the best thing to do if your current friends continue to treat you badly.

If i was u i will tell her straight up why she start dat rumor. It depends how tough u r. If dats too hard to do and don't wanna b embarrassed den try getting to her when shes alone so she wont have to say sumthing bad about u to make people laugh at u while you're comfronting her with da issue.Shes not really your friend if she started a rumor so awful 2 make u feel bad. If people come up 2 about da rumor saying i heard dis n i heard dat say "well u heard wrong cuz dats not true and whoeva made dat up need to stop going around making up lies about me cuz dats not me" After sayin dat u will sound tough and maybe people will leave you alone about dat rumor n u wont feel so bad no more

The same thing happened to me. This one girl kinda "joined forces" with another girl. All of the sudden my friend is telling me all of these stupid things that I've done to her that weren't true. Those friends are just immature and insecure about themselves because if they were really secure they would be trying to lift people up not put them down. You should just walk away and find some new friends. I'm really sorry about those girls they are sorry to lose someone like you.

you can not prevent or stop a rumor, but the best way to get rid of it is to just laugh it off. use your sense of humor to deal with people like that. try and make some new friends. friends that don't treat you like that.

Girls can be really cruel.........Even though it hurts, just go on with your life...Make new friends and show them that you are stronger.
You need to totally dis them since they did that to you.....
