Preppiness is all in ones point of view. Yes i care about labels, i wouldn't go to school wearing a pair of skater shoes, but i try not to. I usually where what I think is comfortable. I'm not going to look for the most popular shoes just to conform to the majority of people who are wearing nikes or converse. I could care less what is preppy, I don't like polo shirts at all.

I think Hollister is preppy, but you probably already know that becuase I answered your last question about this. I agree that places like Lacoste are more preppy but in a different way. Theres different kinds of preppy though like way expensive/ proper preppy- lacoste, brooks brothers, etc. But then theres like trendy preppy.. everyone at school wears it..-hollister, a&f, ae. Hollister deff. isnt emo though with all their striped shirts and polos and low rise jeans.

well i dont mean to label people or something.. but i personally think Hollister is a preppy store, and not cuz of the polos... idk just the prices and the people who work and shop there. Hot Topic is a WAY better store =] but then thats just me =]
