Since many razors, cause stubble and rough facial hair, which one keeps skin the way it is without changing it, and/or making it coarse.

Well, the men in my house refuse to use anything but Schick Quattro (I think thats the right spelling)...also they use Aveeno shaving lotion...
As a woman I love Gillette Venus, but what woman doesn't (y'all know what I mean)...with Aveeno shaving gel also...

I have used from single blade to now 5 blades razors with vibrating power. There is no perfect blade. It's all for show.
Vibration doesn't not make your hair stand up. A regular blade will do the job!
I think Mach 3 with 3 blades is plenty of shaving power.
What really matters is the shaving cream or gel that you use. Good gel or cream matters.
