I've been trying since months to look for an artist or specialist who can do permanent eye make up in Hong Kong.... but sadly in vain.. Can anyone help me on this one?
If not in HK, then does anyone know where I can get it done from in India (Delhi, Bombay, Pune)

Hi, i live i was born in canada but i go to hong kong every now and then for vacations. If you know chinese you can go to piercing stores in hong kong, they have alot of those in the mall, they normally do tatoos too. and if you can type chinese you can go to the end of the yahoo answers page and go on yahoo answers hong kong and ask people. (or india)

oh im sorry you wanted to get your eyes done? DONT DO IT!!! its sucks trust me, the eyeline might turn blue. but if you really want ask a doctor or something they would probably know.

I am thinking about getting permanent eyebrows, so I'm searching everywhere since I am new at this. I'm from the Caribbean and many women are getting their eyebrows done (especially news anchorwomen). So I'm considering it.
