A few years ago i could walk into the Gap and leave with a whole bunch of shopping bags. Now the clothing especially for women is horrible looking, it looks like a thrift store.

Its been 3 months and her hair is BLACK and hasnt lifted a bit. In the past shes used the temp color red and it looked so good and always washed out, and now she wants to go back to it. we tried putting the red over the black after waiting the month out...but it didnt take. we thought we would wait it out...but its not washing out. I was thinking about taking her in and having it professionally done, but shes only 15, and we are afraid of anything permanent on her hair....(but she will do it if theres no other way)...and we just cant afford anything expensive. I got quoted 80 dollars and one place. Any suggestions?

I am a stay at home mother of one ( 4months old) and I was nterested in becoming an avon rep. I went to the website but they dont say how much a strat up fee is etc...I dont want to be contacted by a rep just yet i just want to know from someone who does it what all is involved. Do youhave to meet certain sales limits each month, how much does it cost me from my personal money, how much time do you typically devote to it, is it worth it, can u really make money.
My neigbors daughter is a rep so if i decide to start I can talk to her maybe.

I'm a 42 year old white female, I dye my hair at home, although the results are pretty amazing for the 1st couple of days, after a week the white hairs come out again all around the base of my hair around the face.

Someone told me there is something I should do to my hair before I dye it, but she can't remember what it is. Anyone knows of this technique?

Please help, salon hair jobs are too expensive.

By the way, eventhough I do my own hair dye, my hair is in great condition, soft and silky.
