As the whather and air pressure change, so does the condition of your skin and scalp.
Go to the pharmacy and get your self a shampoo for dry scalp, I think that head and shoulders brand might have what you are looking for, but ask and around the pharmacy, they do have other products.

Your scalp is responding to dry weather. That is all. Rub a little olive oil on it.

because the air is dry which means your hair will then be dryer that usual. just moisturize it or "grease your scalp" as i say with whatever hair product you think works well with you.
