any possible ways of making boobs grow, once again this is for my friend not me

i really really really want to get my lip pierced but my parents arent letting me. i dont know what i could possibly say to convince them that its ok or w/e. help please.

here are some specifics about my ANNOYING situation
1. im 18 and in college
2. im dependent on my parents (for money and stuff)
3. they have threatened to stop sending me money if i get my lip pierced
4. i am NOT getting a job. (im keeping my focus on school work for now...plus i dont really want a job right now...)
5. they have already allowed me to get 2 tattoos
6. i will NOT go behind my parents backs to get this done. i dont do that.

i know, this is overly complicated and probably impossible, so i really appreciate any aid you could offer.

There is the picture of the pants. Theyre yellow, and it says "pink" in pink letters (go figure) down the side. I'd really love to figure out where to get these pants. Someone please help.

Ludacriss, Puffy and different rappers have a pratically jet black low cuts that hardly even show some scalp up top. Does anybody know of a black hair color that I can use to get that jet black effect. I am told it even dyes the scalp as well. Please somebody drop some suggestions on me.

I give myself an at home pedicure about once every 6 weeks but I can never seem to completlely get rid of the dry patches of skin on the balls of my feet and heels. I exfoliate and scrub with a pumice stone and I moisutrize but my basic at home products are not cuttingit it. What is a good professional product on the market that I can use to give myself a better pedicure?

I want to get a tattoo (and yes, I've thought about this for over two years, and I'm getting a small ladybug in memory of my grandmother: Whenever we see a ladybug, we say she is watching over us). However, I'm pretty overweight. If I ever lose weight, it will hopefully be a significant amount (100+ pounds), so I need to put the tatoo someplace where it won't be distorted by weight loss/plastic surgery after weight loss.
I've been thinking about:
my ankle
my lower back
my shoulder blade
my foot
Is there anywhere else that would work? I'm going into the heathcare profession, so I need somewhere that can be hidden at job interviews. ;)

I plan to get my hair cut very short, soon. (Then - I'll bet that I won't mind washing it Often! Did U do that and are U glad U did? - When I was in my 40's - i wanted to keep Long hair; now I can't wait to get it cut; but I have very fine, thin hair and not sure I'll like it short; perhaps I'll even purchase a wig, but I don't want one that's too thick- because then that would not look like Me; l o l. any comments, etc. thanks and best wishes!

I've been wanting a small tattoo of a zebra head. I have a zebra fetish and have for a long time. Most of my artwork have zebra designs in them. But anyways I could possible get it on my left wrist or top right on my back. The real question is how to persuade parents to let me get one. I'm 18 and a full time art studen with already a lip piercing.

Right now...it's light brown with blondish highlights...And my natural hair color is pretty much...black...And it's getting really damaged from dying it so much...But I don't like my absolute natural color...Should I just dye it darker, and then have darker roots than my already dark hair...or should I just dye my roots light brown...like my hair is now?...

Also, I don't know how I should cut it...But cuts are hard to explain...LOL

I usually wear black eyeliner, mascara, cream blush, and some concealer to go over my 2 pimpes and under my eyes.......I hate heaps of makeup so i try to keep it on the down low, but I want to make my makeup sexy but still on the down low....how do I do that?

I live in a place where I walk everywhere that I go and it snows a lot, but I'm not talking about just snow; I'm talking about snow AND ice. I fell down last year and hurt myself pretty bad. So to prevent that from happening, I have decided the best thing to do will be to invest in some good boots with grip...Good GRIP. Can anyone suggest a name brand or place where I can get some boots that will be less than $50.00? 10 points to the one who gives me a good answer. Thank you ahead of time. By the way, I need these boots to last a while. They have to be waterproof and insulated. If you can't suggest a boot, then I will be happy to look into a cleat that goes over the boots or shoes that I already have.
