How old is this person? They continue to grow till age 23 or so. When she is preganet the really grow from nursing, then get smaller afterward.
Now...if they are porportionate to her body, then why worry.... I have huge ones for my height (5' tall- size FF[small watermelon]) and they are a pain in the butt-I hurt all the time! I plan to have a serious reduction in the next three years.

they grow naturally. there isnt possably any way to make them bigger than theyre supposed to be, unless you like stretch them out and let them hang down like old lady boobs, i dont think so
srry, unless your friend gets implants or something, its impossable

no. only if your friend gets pregnant, fat or breast surgery. She can also use padded/ push up bras.
