I give myself an at home pedicure about once every 6 weeks but I can never seem to completlely get rid of the dry patches of skin on the balls of my feet and heels. I exfoliate and scrub with a pumice stone and I moisutrize but my basic at home products are not cuttingit it. What is a good professional product on the market that I can use to give myself a better pedicure?

I scrub my feet a bit every day in the shower and give myself a good pedicure once a week. Otherwise, I'm very dry and scaly. Some say that scrubbing actually accelerates the cell growth, but you have to keep them looking good, so scrub away!
I always mix olive oil and foot lotion and work into my feet after a good scrub. Then put on sock for a while. It really helps.

I'd go with natural products... try what I do: put warm water on a basin and put in a teaspoon of salt... soak your feet and relax. I also put lotion every night before I go to sleep. Once you start scrubbing with pumice stone, don't skip any day. If you skip, the more it will be dry and hard.

every 6 weeks is not enough, you need to moisturise every night, once you moisturise put on socks to keep the moisture in there, and do this for 6 weeks then when your ready to scrub and exfoliate the skin should already be soft, but even try and exfoliate once a week. Hope this works!

During the summer I would ware open toe shoes so to keep my feet looking good I would put Vaseline on real heavy on both feet and put socks on them and sleep with the socks on my feet over night, it is a little un-comfortable but my feet sure do look and feel better. I do this a least 3x a week

If you scrub your feet everyday, that will just cause more peeling. But if you only scrub every 6 weeks, that's not enough. I'd say scrub them twice a week. First i'd soak them in water for a couple minutes just to soften it up, then scrub.

By rock salt. Then rub it everynight. My great grand mother is a dermatologist in Tokyo Japan during the second World War treating the Japanese Army and YAkuza's. BElieve me, it is the greatest legacy my Great grand ma left me before she ran out of air.

Another vote for the vaseline on your feet and then putting socks on while you sleep. To speed it up you could also but on bags, like the freezer bags and then the socks. For me it's a little hard 'cause I don't like anything on my feet when I sleep, but trust me it works.
