Yes, you should change it every day. If you wear your white bra today, wash it or hang it up and let it "air out". Then tomorrow, wear a different one. Get the idea? If you wear the same one all the time, you will wear out the elastic. Not to mention, remember even if you wear deoderant, you still have germs/bacteria from the underarm area that gets on the bra. So definately do wash them at least every 3 times you wear it. I would know, I worked at a Vanity Fair store for 5 years, and have given lots of advise.

I generally do no longer own greater effective than 2 bras @ a time. I rotate them & i do no longer sleep in them. it extremely is o.ok.no person will no. do exactly no longer placed on one for greater then 24 hrs @ a time. Bras are in lots of cases filthy in any case so no person wil no. each so often i will do something loopy like run out & purchase an extremely high priced clean one if i think of i could get fortunate or something yet for the main section i placed on a similar 2 tittie smelling ones.

No, I change my bra a couple of times a week, but I keep my workout bras and my daily wear bras seperate. I also wash my sports bras more often. Oh, and I don't wear one to bed.

Workout bras, yes. Fashion bras I just change depending on what I'm wearing and what I was doing.

Depends how long I have worn in that day and what I was doing. Being lazy, I would wear it again. If I worked out, or it was a hot day, change it.

If you have enough bras to be able to do that, then yes you should. I wear each bra for two days and then they end up in the laundry.

My wife says, yes change every day due to bacteria that grows in ones arm pits tends to make the fabric smell bad. She says wear it for 3 days then smell it. you will understand..She also says she changes each day...good luck.
