I was watching the news this morning (don't remember the station, because 2 locals and 2 nationals play at the exact same time) and saw the incident last night at a fashion show. A trained model actually tripped TWICE in her pointed toe stiletto heels while she was only on stage! How many times did she fall in the back? You literally see her wobbling to keep balance from her time out till the time she came back.
Now that it's got this far, I need to speak out about these silent killers (not literally, but I nearly broke a bone once) Stilettos are sexy, but only if you practiced hard at all times you wear shoes, which you need be a fetishest or enthusiast of heels to do. If you don't train the proper way, you can't do it! I owned a pair of pointed toes and never will again. I wore them once and almost broke my neck! Walking in heels is hard, pointed toes make it almost impossible. These points reduce the balance in the balls of your feet, which you need for heels.
