For good skin products, buy Liz Earles range on QVC. She does a lot of kits on there and it will improve your complexion. Dont use stuff from the high street its full of chemicals and crap.

My grandma swore by Ponds beauty products, her skin was lovely. It is all down to genetics though, can't stop aging you can only make the best of what you have got. So for less wrinkles I would say, treat from inside not outside:
1) A healthy diet
2) Regular exercise
3) Drink plenty water
4) Get plenty sleep
5) Use sunscreen
6) Don't smoke
7) Alcohol in moderation
8) De-stress

I use to know a top UK dermatologist. He said that the only substance that works is Isotretinoin/Retinova cream. It is only available on prescription though. It was designed for the use of acne treatment but also removes the fine wrinkles caused by sun damage. I think it is made by Roche. It won't perform miracles, but it will help. Anyway, there is bags of information on the internet about them.
I would be suscpicious about the so-called brand name products advertised on TV.
