On Halloween I will be going to a party dressed as a sexy french maid. I am a guy and I need to know. Should I wear pantyhose under my short dress or would wearing a garter belt and stockings be more in style? I will also have on a petticoat and this will make my dress flare out more. Further I will have on two inch heels.

are the way to go
they are comfortable
because they only go as high as over-the-knee
--unlike pantyhose, where the waistband would be tight around the stomach
the tops of the stockings will show
but that's ok.
'cause you'll wear the garters there
having the expanse of leg
exposed
above the top of the stocking
is part of the schtick
all cool
though--pantyhose would be warmer

Stockings with a garterbelt are the traditional way for a real French maid . Pantyhose are for old ladies, especially on Halloween, stockings are in.
