under my eyes seem to get puffy, I was wondering if there was something I could do to help them to go down .

Everyones suggestions above are great. Make sure that you are not using moisturizer under your eyes- this also promots puffiness. Mary Kay makes a great under eye treatment as well. A little goes a long way- infact I am still using the same tube from about 6 months ago. It is worth the investment!

Puffy or dark circles around your eyes is caused my damaged blood vessels. To help that drink more water, eat fresh veggies and fruits and try putting tea bags on your eyes. Remember to get a lot of sleep. that is important.

well for a temporary fix, put a spoon in the freezer and let it get really cold, then put it on your eyes, that tends to reduce the puffiness for a while. i don't know a permanent solution.

drink lot of water. sleep atleast 8 hours. use under eye viamine E cream. take under eye treatment from a parlour.

hemroid cream.. im not being funny...it makes it go away... and try to drink more water and sleep more hours and go get blood work done to make sure you're not allergic to anything. good luck

get some sleep!!! or if you do that- it could be allergies- try eliminating different foods to see if it helps
