It depend on the individual item, as I am sure that a coat would cost a lot more to make than a shirt.
Also, it would depend on the quality of the fabric, on the quality of the work, the finish ...
I don't bother with designer labels myself (I mean, why?...) but I do like well-made clothes, but I'm not a skinny malinky ... I actually would like a nice dramatic tailored winter coat now, but nothing I've seen in the shops had done anything for me so far.

The only tailored clothing I have is my No.1 (Parade) Uniform, and it's free. I don't like dressing up out of work, so I wouldn't be interested really.

I'd pay the market rate! As a tall woman I'd love to get trousers that didn't finish 2" too short, or jacket sleeves that actually reached my wrists! Probably, £80 for a pair of trousers and £150 for a jacket. Does that seem reasonable?

i'm no longer a fashion designer wh*o*re, which potential i'm no longer soooo into labels that i do not purchase the cute inexpensive stuff...yet there are somethings about fashion designer outfits that DO make you adventure reliable. for social gathering, coach makes some lovable tennis footwear. i'm no longer a tennis shoe woman, yet wearing those i imagine girly and diverse females love them... ( extremely some diverse females gained't admit it, yet maximum adult adult males do no longer understand Versace from Valentino... and do not care contained in the adventure that your lipgloss is from MAC or Walgreens...they only understand charm. females be conscious those subject matters about diverse females) and really, maximum fashion designer duds are only made better effective. I only have 2 fashion designer handbags, a Balenciaga bag and a Louis Vuitton all black leather-depending grab. both one between those baggage have lasted for over 5 years. i'm getting the leather-depending touched up in some circumstances in spite of the indisputable fact that the straps have by skill of no skill damaged, the zipper has by skill of no skill damaged and the colour does no longer bleed. compared to my knock off baggage (that i like lol...) the large-spread is only better effective. and that i like my authentic faith jeans, and 7 jeans, and my Rock and Republics... i positioned on jeans from previous military and hollow, yet those 3 manufacturers are the superb for proper high quality yet no you'll beat a $30 pair of jeans. fashion designer is about tremendous and clothing that better healthy suited. i'm no longer a label junkie and that i by skill of no skill will be. Nor will I be one between those moms and dads who deck out their toddlers in fashion designer outfits at the same time as toddlers and toddlers boost like weeds highly interior the course of the baby years. hahaha. this grew to change into an excellent question. very very theory frightening.

I don't think this exists. I would be willing to pay a lot because I am one size on top and another on the bottom half and off the rack clothes are not designed for us pear shaped women.

well its not just about getting any clothing tailored... you will be rated different prices for different fabrics, designs and whether the garment has complicated beaded or embroidery on it.
...so it would all depend on how much that garment meant for me.
