I drink beer occassionally, and I barely exercise. Also, I suffer a major deal with constipation. What should I do? I am 185 pounds with only 5'10", and I know I am definitely over-weight. Should I take medication? If so what kind of medication. Should I engage to a lossing weight plan? If so, how should I plan it?
In addition, my skin are getting very old looking for 25 years old, and I can see wrinkle already :(
