I'm doing research for a television show. And we're looking to compile a list of mistakes pageant contestants make? Are there any common mistakes that are made that can be avoided? Are there rules that a contestant should follow?

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

i started scrathing the pimples with my nails... and now i have this terribles acne spots and it look sooo horrible :(
my bf's coming and i have this... hes comin in 2 weeks!!!

how can i ride them off asap!!!???

in the meantime i just use natural make up cuz i don want them to be worst... and im usin this face gel from the body shop which is to reduce and tonified.... and at nite i use a lotion based on glycerin.... which is "good"

what can i do!?

I see skinny jeans in the stores, but I have yet to see anyone wearing them. Except for the occasional 80's stonewash that the same people have been wearing for the past 20 years. Personally, I don't like them. So, is anyone wearing the new fashion trend besides models in magazines and an occasional pic of a celebrity?

ok i have slender lips and i would like them to look a we' more plump not angelina jolie plump but jessica simpson plump? how would i do this without any injections or creams? also i have been using natures cure facial cleanser and it has removed all the large blemishes but the small ones still seem to be visible ? what is the deal. and has anyone ever used differin cream if so what are the side affects?

I decided to stop straightening my hair, so now it's pretty curly, frizzy, thick, coarse hair and am always trying to find shampoos that make it shiny and soft. I was wondering does the new Pantene Ice Shine work well for curly hair, and does it reduce frizz? Also, does anyone know if the new herbal essences totally twisted works? Lastly, i've heard about a citreshine product that gives incredible shine. I don't know that exact product, but they have a serum that defines curls. Does it work? If anyone has any recommendations that would be great (especially things that are moderatly cheap)
