Yes...oil will take off stubborn eye makeup, but you need to know the right combo that will be healthy for the eye and work well.
Eye Makeup Remover
1 Tbsp castor oil
1 Tbsp light olive oil
2 tsp Canola oil
Blend all ingredients together. Apply with tissue or cottonball to remove makeup on and around the eyes.

contact solution work well to remove waterproof mascara. otherwise, invest in a non-waterproof mascara. it washes off very easily with soap and water....please don't put vaseline or baby oil in your eyes. i can't imagine that being very good for them.

Baby Oil, or if that doesn't work..try a lotion with no fragrance..Becareful with getting it in your eyes..But, it will defintly come off either way:)
Or eye make up remover:
I recomend Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Make up remover9$
Works like a charm and will last you a while:)
