because i have loads of black heads and pimples, i use clearsil ultra cleanser, face wash,scrub and spot control lotion but they wont go away, so do you think its the chocolate habit?

Well i got a perm last year, and it's been in for much longer than it's supposed to, I think it's been in for at least 17 months over a year, and it's only supposed to stay in for 6, and my hair always had a natural wave, i have thick hair, so i'm wondering if i should do the chemical thing to get rid of it or will it get screwed up like my perm?? Any suggestions from people who have had perms??Please help, thanks

I have large pores and wish they were a little smaller. I was thinking of purchasing a scrub that claims it can minimize pore size. However, I read in a magazine that it is impossible to shrink the size of your pores.
