hey how can i clean a bellybutton ring and sterilize it or whatever..? just to make sure its clean before i put it in..anyone no wutt can i do?

My grand daughter uses sea salt and water for her belly button ring and she has had no problems. That is what she was told to use when I took her and had it pierced.

well, you can wash it with an antibacterial soap every shower or every other day. you can also get this lotion from the place you got it done or a local pharmachy to prevent the area from infection. I got mine done over the boarder so the name of the lotion I give wouldn't help. You have to ask the place you got it done or someone at the pharmachy.

I usually soak it in Bactine or something like that just to kill any bacteria. "Band-Aid" makes a foaming product that provides antiseptic that works great too.

Soke it in rubbing alcohol, or when you get your ears pierced they give you this stuff to put on them. Soke it in either
