Sorry, but kids are all different. Some will wear the same size as their age, some more, some less. If you're doing commercials, you probably want kids on the thin-to-average side, so size 5, I'd say 4-5, size 10, 9-10. My 5-yr-old is tall and thin and wears a 5. My 10-yr-old is tall and a little heavier and wears a 14.

My neighbor is a 10-year-old girl, healthy, and active. In pants, she wears a size 10, and in shirts, and 10/12. (I had to shop for her.) My brother, who is 11, and big takes a size 10/12 in boys' shirts. So normally, a size 10 would fit a boy around the ages of 10-12. In pants, a size 10 would fit boys 9-11. A size 5 in children's pants and shirts fits my friends' sister, who is a small size 7-year-old. I'd say that a size five would normally fit a 6-7 year old for girls. It's about the same for boys around the same age because they are small.

clothing sizes, age and weight mean little or no without top. If a newborn is strangely tall, they can be heavily heavier than their friends, and positioned on a lot greater sizes, even although they could be very very skinny. All 3 of those infants are females: Age 13: Womens length 6 pants, weight approximately one hundred twenty-130lbs. top 5'11" Age 11: Pants length a million, weight.... no concept unquestionably, top 5'0 Age 10: Pants length 8 females, weight approximately 70lbs, top 4'6"
