I'm an amateur photographer and I've recently been interested in doing countryside and rural photos, mostly of doing some barns. Does anyone have any tips to get the best out of these areas to shoot, whether it is in black and white or in color? Thanks!

PS I use a Nikon N65 if it matters :)

I've been very happy using 7.0 for years now, but I'm wondering if I should invest in the upgrade to CS? I'm a professional wedding and portrait photographer, so this is not a casual thing for me.

If you think it's worth the upgrade, tell me this: What's new in CS that 7.0 doesn't have that makes it worth it??

I have an academic interest in medieval architecture, and I often try to photograph stained-glass from the interior. Unfortunately, the result inevitably seems to be blurred and indistinct. Is there any way I can produce crisp images of stained-glass window illustrations?

When I was in college my roomate was a photo major and had this handy light box thing that sat on the desk that you could look at old photo negatives with. What are they called, and where can I find one to buy?

I use an Olympus SP500UZ and usually setting it on the SHQ setting for best qualitiy. My photos still come out at 72 dpi which excludes me from some contests. A contest I want to enter now says I must have 300 dpi at minimum 4"wide and 200KB, The photo I was to enter is 72dpi and 130KB. How do I fix this, and if I can't how do I take future photos that would be 300 dpi.
Anything involving numbers fries my brain. I hate math!

My name is Zoe, and I am wanting to open a Photography studio. I think "Zoes Photography" or "Zoes Studio" is pretty boring, and was hoping someone could help me come up with something unique and eye catching..maybe even cutting edge...or..heck! even outright surreal.

I wanted to do my own prints at home, and I wanted to know which printer I should get. I was leaning towards the Canon's printers but I also like Epson's printers. Which one is better in picture quality wise?

I am soon to be doing a photographic shoot. I will be using 'hot lights' (tungsten lighting not flash). I know that if I just use normal daylight film, my photos will have a bad cast to them. But I am unsure what film and what ASA/ISO to use. Can you recommend any tungsten-balanced film that's on the market? I have also heard that you can get a filter to put over your camera lens that helps (I have a Hasselblad 500CM). Any tips, advice and recommendations would be very helpful
