I don't follow this closely, because there are no Jessops (as far as I know) in the US.

But from what I saw, it doesn't look good unless they have a large shift in company leadership. Digital cameras and camcorders sales have been booming the last few years. Even if the profit margin is slim, they should be able to figure out how to profit from the large market out there.

Probably not, their service, once quite good is now very poor.
