Very difficult to "reverse engineer" an image like this. It did not come from the camera this way and there is a fair amount of post-processing work involved.

It is probably a combination of highly increased contrast and increased color saturation.

Image - adjusment - selective colour

u may put the colour u want to expose more in the picture, like making the lips pink and but the hair darker.
any digital cam u used to shoot, doesnt matter... just make sure u had enough flash light.
