Alright, well I posted earlier about how I despise this play and asked for other people opinions to quote on in my report on why this is such a horrible play. But now I have a diffrent outlook.
Most people percieve the play of Romeo and Juliet as the classic love story but in actuality this story is about two foolish kids who rush into a relationship which is morally wrong and in the end because of thier stupidity and in moral ways they both suffer an unhappy ending. I think that shakespere himself did not like the charectars of Romeo and Juliet, and agreed with many of you who earlier replied to my last post. Romeo and Juliets realtionship is morally wrong, they are just kids, and because of thier foolish ways in return they both die. I think this is the main reason why Romeo and Juliet is so overrated; because most people see the play as a perfect classic love stroy instead of what it really is.Feed back on this idea?

I dont want to have the "yeah right" attitude but I do want to let her know just how hard it will be, such as statistics for actors looking for work and those that can support themselves in the industry.

I'm guessind that's the lead role, because her name is the same name as the play, but my girlfriend just wants to know what the play is about, and what is her character like, and does she have a lot of lines.
Thanks!

I got the part of Molly, Who is that? Is that a good part? Does she have a lot of lines?
My director said I got the part because I am very short, skinny, and petite, and because I am great for that part, I have the voice and the acting ability. What did he mean by that?

I went to see a Panto today with my family, it was a well acted and produced production but something was amiss. There was no cross dressing Dames or Lead boy as I remember was the norm, there were no jokes and to cap it all no kids were invited up on stage(I later found out this was due to Health and safety?). So doesn't this make the performance I payed out hard earned cash to see a "Musical" and not a pantomime?
