God is dependent on man to save him. Not the other way around. If someone doesn't do something fast god will go by the wayside. Is it fair that god would be gone when we really havn't given him an open chance? I feel that there may be hope. It is never going to be in Jesus. He blew our chances.
I will start all over with a little pile of dust. Then I am going to blow the breath of life into god. You will see.

Principle in the dictionary is a rule or conduct, so it makes sense that somone who is principled just follows a set of rules in thier life.

A value in the dictionary is a custom or an important merit, so someone can have strong values.

I realize someone who is principled is problably close in meaning to someone with strong values, but I am wondering what is the actual difference if there is one?

My own personal opinion is that values tend to be superior, in that someone who values honestly basically would be honest under all situations and there cannot be any real negative application of that. However, someone who does something out of principal sometimes makes decision that can be detrimental to all, such as winning an argument on principle, which might do harm to both parties invovled.

What do you think?

They cut in line (i make them go back,) charge in front when lane ends, throw stuff and litter, and then there are the evil ones who rob, rape, kill. But I am really just asking about those, who consider themselves 'good people,' who ask, 'since you're going that way, can you?' have absolutely no idea if their actions inconvienience, injure, or are obnoxious. REALLY, REALLY, what are the things that make them so spoiled? Why are they so positive they have the right to demand? Why so sure people who oppose them in the slightest, are evil, and WHY ARE THEY HERE?

For instance, when someone says "I am smart"...how do you decide that? What percentage of actions do you consider before you make that decision? What if you do something stupid? Are you still smart?

I've thought about this question, as have other Y/A users apparently, judging by others posting the same quote. I think the first part of the quote is correct (b/c frankly, who wants to go to hell except maybe Satan worshippers??). However, if people did wish to die, and I'm not talking about the terminal cancer patient, or religious person who thinks hell is here on Earth. I'm talking about the average Joe/Jane, going to work everyday, maybe has kids, pays taxes, etc... If they, being considered sane, but openly expressed a wished to die, would be called crazy or depressed, put in a padded cell, and/or be given medication? Even if they are none of these things?

This casts a dark shadow on the whole concept of Noah's Ark. Don't it? And the pudding is in the Bible. How quaint.

Some people believe that natural forces are god. Did natural forces create the earth and then entered a second god who wanted to claim the earth as his own? Then did natural forces kicked in again and created man. The second god thought "I am blessed". I have a planet and some potential gardeners. Did the second god have the power to make the earth a paradise by himself. If so, why did he need slaves to do it for him? Some people may need to reads this a second time to sink in.

Nothing new there. God said "multiply and fill the earth" that was a threat to force them into salvery to "cultivate the Earth" to be Gods own private estate.
Adam and Eve chose death over slavery.
