For instance, when someone says "I am smart"...how do you decide that? What percentage of actions do you consider before you make that decision? What if you do something stupid? Are you still smart?

There are not any stupid people, just people that do stupid things or people that do not have the motivation to act in a smart way.

I think it's fair to say someone is smart if they learn from the stupid things they do. It's not a percentage. It's an intuition.

Everybody acts in a stupid way once in a while. Then, it wouldn't be any smart people
