Some people believe that natural forces are god. Did natural forces create the earth and then entered a second god who wanted to claim the earth as his own? Then did natural forces kicked in again and created man. The second god thought "I am blessed". I have a planet and some potential gardeners. Did the second god have the power to make the earth a paradise by himself. If so, why did he need slaves to do it for him? Some people may need to reads this a second time to sink in.

And the follow-up question, if god created the Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way Galaxy, why did he put them on a collision course?

I don't know if I've heard that theory,
but anything is possible. Just from Christianity
a lot of people believe that there's a God who
created the heavens and the earth and put people
on the earth to be plentiful and to pretty much spread
the word of God.
But now I'm curious as to where you've gotten
this theory and ask...where did this natural force
come from? That could just the theories of the
Big Bang and Evolution altogether. It's more of
a combination of different theories that people have.

If this second god made the earth, he sure didn't
need people to look after the earth. It was a choice
and that's what gets me about Christianity. If we're
all so sinful and God controls our actions...why did
he allow us to be that way? Why does it have to be
difficult for people to believe in him?

It's all just so contradictory and difficult to explain...
possibly because no one is sure what to believe and
what not to believe.

yup, Islam said that. Only one God could control all the universe from microorganism until big stuffs like Milky Way. The same God also created Adam and Eve from soil. That is why science had proven that our body have the same traits as soil. Our mind cant think beyond of God doing. The God is special and cant be same with us. We cant imagine how the God traits. Its beyond our mind. I dont think there is a second God. If there is a second God, it show the God itself as weak. Just imagine, how the coconut can grow as tree, but the centre of it dont have anything that could cause the coconut grow as a tree. Just let the God and worship it in whatever religion you entered.

There was and is ONLY ONE GOD. He created the heavens and the earth and also man. If you are questioning Christianity read the bible. Make sure you get the new international version. King James is a bit too confusing in language. Also, God did not create Adam and Eve for slaves. He first created Adam to have someone to tend the earth and he made Adam in his likeness. (I like to think of it as parents who want to have children, it gives them satisfaction to watch them bloom and grow......yes you may break into song now.....EDELVISE.....EDELVISE.....) God then saw that Adam was lonely thats why he created Eve. I hope that helps.

In what I believe is that there is only one God, people try to make out there is two Gods to try and fit in the scientific research as well as the religious beliefs. Officialy there is no real proof of two Gods.
Also maybe he didnt count the people as slaves, he may of wanted people to live and enjoy life, and in return he would expect people to look after what had been created. As you can tell by the current world, most people havent respected his wishes.
Hope That Helps.xxx

In the original Hebrew the name used to address both is Elohim which is the plural form of El which means God or Deity. In the original therefore, in chapter one of Genesis, the Deities created the heavens and the Earth, then created mankind in "their" image, male and female.
In Genesis two however, Jahweh created the heavens and the Earth as well as Adam, followed later by Eve, and it is He who commands them.

I believe in questioning any and all sources, including the Bible. Which although said to be the word of God, has been heavily edited throughout the centuries. The Bible on the shelves today is very, very different from the texts used by early Christians. Many of these changes were to limit the power of women in the church. I believe that as "man" evolved our collective spirits created what we now commonly refer to as heaven. Personally, I do not believe that their is one singular essence that controls all. Their are too many contradictions inherent in monotheism for me. Why would a all-loving God require the human sacrifice (which Christian explores found deplorable in other cultures) of his own flesh and blood? Certainly their could have been another way to remove the "sins" of mankind.

I think so.
Let's try a little experiment. Pretend an Alien race with a tremendously advanced technology stumbles upon our star :

And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

Creation of our atmosphere and oceans (air and sea...waters from the waters)

And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
And God called the firmament Heaven. (the sky.....)

And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. (saw that it worked, actual seas and land were "constructed" and stable)

12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. (creation of countless vegetation, it grew, it worked out-it was good-)

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
(genetic manipulation-after his kind- it worked)

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: (we would look like the aliens....-BTW God is a word that comes from Elohim, meaning those who came from the sky, plural....there were many aliens)

the word “day” in Genesis does not mean a literal 24 hour type day, but rather that the “days” represent 6 great ages of time. This is often referred to as the day-age theory. Many people have wondered whether this argument is valid. It is true, after all, that the Hebrew word for day (yom) can have several different meanings, depending upon its context.

This version of our beginnings is more beleivable to me. But hey, what do you I know, I'm an atheist.....

This creation is very complex. Many great teachers and scientists have tried to make out how it came around. Scientists came with a big bang theory and religious people came with gods. Actually nobody knows it for certain. Now it depends whose version appeals you. If you feel the version you are criticizing does not seem to satisfy you, you are free to look for other answers and if none satisfies you try to think one for yourself.
