He thought human beings should avoid striving after worldly goals. We of course know this is difficult.
I like the fact he thought man and nature are one. I think we forget that...

It’s not fair only choose best answer and rate the person who answers?

I think we have to rate the good question and down rate for the silly one, to make like a research site, and can gain information from here, not wasting time only
What’s ur opinion on this subject?

If God is omnipotent, then he doesn't need anything from us.
If God is benevolent, he'd want us to spend our time helping others rather than praying to him.

So then why would a good atheist go to hell and a bad theist go to heaven?

We always hear that we come from God, and to just trust in this creation, but there must be a more scientific or philisophical answer. When I look around and see the complexities of the earth, solar system and human body, it begs the question...did we simply evolve or was there a greater power. Please give me your thoughts and reasoning.

What makes a family member entitled to love? Is it wrong not to love a member of your family? Should you love your family no matter what they do or how they treat you, or are there conditions for family love? Under what circumstances, if any, would you feel it's ok not to love a family member?

Interesting when you think about it-all people of all ages from all walks of life can come here, debate, argue, rant, chastise, denounce and otherwise interact on a pretty vast sociological scale. Could Y!A be translated as a simulation of society's love and hate of each other?

Happiness has abstrct and multi-definition to all of us. But how do we define happiness to ourself and to others. Is giving-up on material (expensive or cheap) ,giving to gratification others? Happiness is elusive that cannot be grabbed always. We always search for it.

Think about it. Everyday while we do what we do, either work, or shopping, or watch TV, that same second there are100000 things all around us happening simultaneously, people dying, people getting married, people having evil plots, etc.

Ultimately, it's all a bit crazy.

So, how does one properly or at least attempt to live normal, under today's world circumstances?

This might sound like a bit of a silly question but, when you think about it, it's true. It's a crazy/hectic world.

Should we just be occupied 24/7, keep ourselves busy and not think about anything else but our own lives?

Or what?

Just wondering.

So, i just came to a deep thought about why we live. Basically, i came to a conclusion saying, "Grow up, Mature, Sexually reproduce to pass out DNA and keep the generation live long, and die.".. I know there might be a lot of disagreement to that, but isn't that true? Give some opinions of what you guys think.

you know to level 5. It does not seem that long ago I was getting off on level 4 and now it seems like it's still taking forever between getting off on level 4 and getting next to level 5 so I can get off again. I am not sure I can pay attention long enough to do it anymore, I am getting so bored and I hear others saying that same thing, what do you think? Do you think that I am going to make it?
