I know your pain. However, if one wishes to acclimate one's self among the "others", one will just have to give a little, after all, you do have your public to think of, otherwise, you wouldn't have your gorgeousness to compare anything to, right?

You can't. You must never trust anyone right away. If you find someone you like, that you want to be able to trust, put him or her through some tests. First, tests of loyalty. Pretend you are in a bad mood for some reason and take it out on them. If they stick with you and try to be there for you instead of running off until you're in a better mood, you know that they actually care. Next, try a test of paitence. If they are wanting to do something (especially if it's something sexual) tell them, you dont' feel like doing at the moment, or you are not yet comfortable with doing it. If they respect that and dont' push further then that's a good sign, if they keep pushing every day or every few hours, then means they do not respect your wishes, even if they say they do, and you can not trust them. There are many ways to test whether you can trust someone or not, you just have to figure them out. If you want to find out someones intensions, test them many times and in many different ways.

If you had lots of money, fame or political power, you'd have exactly the same dilemma.
This is why celebrities act so weirdly; nobody can be trusted to tell them the truth, have it off with them without running to the press afterwards, or visit their house without memorising the burglar alarm code.
I guess that you, like everybody else, will have to make your best guess about who you should be having it off with, and risk the consequences of getting it wrong.
There are also people who are deeply jealous of your dilemma, because they think that just SOMEBODY wanting to have it off with them would be an improvement.
Some of us would like to think that we'd be immune to your appearance; the desire to have it off with you would result from your sexy personality, sense of humour and admirable integrity. (If we met you, we may well find we're justy as shallow as everybody else, and fancy you on sight)
If you have all of those attributes, then you might not have to worry about who to trust; you could probably charm most people into being loyal. Why not try ?

Do what everyone else in your position does.
If you are that attractive, no one will ever respect you for being nice or having diverse interests. The best thing to do for yourself is to use their two-dimensional motivations against them and benefit financially from it. That way, you'll be in the position to pursue other interests later in life when your looks don't take you far.

You can't! You are out to get something from others why can't they get the same from you? The only difference between you and everybody else is there's no surprise. They don't have to unwrap you to already know they want that present. Why should you need to trust them? You'd want you too, right?
