From what I've researched, ghosts only appear when people are afraid of death. Their appearance comes in a misty,dull gray apparition form...they can also appear with infrasound, which is a sound that has a very low frequency and can't be heard by the human ears, even if you had them in perfect condtion. All I want to know is that if they are real or not because my dad's seen a circus man driving a carriage around a lake...bad things happened there like witchcraft.

Hi there folks, today my professor has issued everyone in our class individual question for us to answer, however I need help answering my because I can't come up with anything so I decide to ask here and see if I can get some much needed help? So here is my question:

Is there a fact of the matter as to whether philosophic claims are true or false? (Some examples include God does or does not exist, no actions are free, abortion is immoral, you ought not to believe in evolution) Why or why not? Answer the question as a whole.

You can work with someone for 20 years. You spent more time with this person than you have with your actual family. Why is it when they quit working with us we are able to accept it and move on so easily knowing we will probably never see them again? To me this demonstrates that we are the governors of our attachments and this basically means that when we have our hearts broken we were accessories to the crime.

Please explain how I can learn to forgive myself for the mistakes I have made, and therefore letting go of the feelings of guilt, self-hatred, and bitterness in my heart and with that allowing others to forgive me as well.

...God IS Forgiveness and I am a child of God. Therefore the gift of Forgiveness has already been given to me...I just need to accept it. Once I forgive myself, I am allowing others to forgive me as well. Right?...
