We also write "altogether" and it equally makes sense but we never write "sepa rated". It doesn't make sense... It looks like a movie classification but not really....

First of all, that's simply how the English language is made. Also, if you get rid of the word "all", you get the word "together". And "together" is all together. And "separated" will become 2 separated words if you were to put "completely" or "all" or even "totally" before it to make "totally separated, completely separated," or "all separated", and those words are separated.

'Together' is one word. 'Seperate' is one word, and does not need to be kept seperate from the other words. And you know whats coming next...''seperated' is also one word. And can appear next to other words in a sentance.
