these are not in my opinion acquired gifts...they are already present...and many end up ignoring them or smothering them with our human equivalent of faerie glamour...a gloss that dulls the things inside us...so others can only see the gloss..........are you covering your instincts and intuition with faerie glamour...or do you use all your eyes???

I've moved my bed from my regular room (master bed room) into my own room, but now I have trouble sleeping.

I will sleep for about one hour, wake up and think it's 5:00AM and get up and realize it is only like 12:00AM.

Last night I got up at 2:30 AM and used the computer until around 4:30, I was lying in bed for a while before getting up (which seemed like forever).

I also did that tonight, because I'm having trouble sleeping.

I think I can't sleep very well because I'm not used to this room, it's really bugging me.

I'm also not comfortable in my bed, because I'm sleeping on a hard futon-mattress, which is a bit stiff.

Any ideas on how I can get more sleep at night and stop waking up?

Why you know so much...
but act so little...

Example: Knowing who you want to be & how to become it but not ever doing it?

Is it just me? or does a lot of people feel this way....

Please don't give me an answer saying "Because your a lazy a$s & you don't stick to your goals!"

I know that...but sometimes it feels like something else is holding me back...I just can't seem to figure out what it is...Oh & by the way I'm 16 if that even matters...Probebly a phaze in life everyone has maybe...
Hm...What do you think??? Have you ever felt this way? If so...what was your conclusion?
