This is SUCh a hypothetical and weird though, but lets just say that its years into the future. In the present, the gay/ lesbian community has been growing larger and larger and being more accepted as actual people. there are still some people who aren't very 'cool' about having homosexualitry, but a lot of the younger generation is willing to accept it.

So now that everyone's accepting it, can you imagine a future where the majority of poeple were homosexual?? and how it would stigmate the world population?

just wondering. any thoughts?

ok - i read on yahoo today that women can tell from guys faces if they have a hormonal tendency towards being fatherly types or macho men, and that women prefer to have flings with macho men but make husbands out of family guys. so unlike guys, who natural want to get with all women all the time to spread their genes, women have a natural tendency to want a different kind of guy at different times.

of course - in today's society you can't do both. but apparantly in the animal world monogomous animals lke birds, the females 'cheat' with hottie males and have make love to their normal males to keep the nest. in people, women are most likely to cheat when ovulating.

So what if society was built around at least some men getting many partners, other men getting steady sex, and women getting both the mates and flings with no regrets? Its science fiction, but imagine that disease prevention, birth control, and paternity testing eliminated the need for enforced monogamy. Women could commit to a guy for the long term, but still fulfill her desires when nature calls. Naturally, there would be a group of guys who got a lot of different women, and another group that got a steady stream of sex with one.

If you can put yourself in such a world, is it paradise or hell? Who is it best to be? Who is it worst to be? And what role would you most likely play, and why?

Someone will suffer for your happiness, lets take vegetarians for an example, they will eat veggies in order to fill them up and who or what suffers? The plants people, the plants. Give me an example where this is not the case, and my mind will be at rest.

To live? To reproduce? To eat? To drink? To rule? To be superior than others? To kill? To die?? To become one with oneself? Or to serve a certain higher invisble being in the clouds?

Alright, I have to write a love peom for film 'n' lit. I am a fairly good poet The problem is I hate dealing with the subject of love. I have no Idea where to start on this project. It doesn't have to be boy girl love. Hell it can be about how I love my pinky. I am not asking anyone to do this for me so don't write your own peom and expect me to use that. I just need a little Inspiration and Ideas to help find what kind of love I wanna deal with.

It is understood that the concept of Tzimtzum contains a built-in paradox, requiring that God be simultaneously transcendent and immanent.
*On the one hand, if the "Infinite" did not restrict itself, then nothing could exist - everything would be overwhelmed by God's totality. Thus existence requires God's transcendence, as above.
*On the other hand, God continuously maintains the existence of, and is thus not absent from, the created universe.

Sorry but this is a huge stretch of the imagination

I want to be a fiction writer. but it is difficult. I take my writing seriously, and consider writing to be a form of art. I also consider writing to be an act of vulnerability, something one has to expose one's soul in order to accomplish successfully. Thus, writing is my obsession, yet is also very painful (emotionally and mentally). Is this normal? Is writing supposed to be painful for the serious writer? Is Art supposed to be about Pain?

I am on both sides...I would want to know so I can plan where all of my stuff will go and so I know when my life will come to an end and live the end of my life to the fullest. I would not want to know when I die because things happen when they happen and I sorta think it should just be the way it was destined to be. Thanks for your time and answers.

P.S. I would like to know if you would want to know ahead of time when you die or not and the reason why you picked that. Thanks again.

I know what it is in the literal sense but what is it really?
When people die, other people often think of them in different ways. What if you think of them exactly as though they were still alive? How do you percieve death?

My son avoids taking care of things that digs him into a hole. Like ignoring a traffic ticket because he did not get a notice of failure to show in court mailed to him, after due date of ticket. It is like he relies on false hope that ticket got lost in the shuffle or he will be able to talk himself out of it when thd sh-t hits the fan. In the past I have been guilty of that too. But, now I know that if I bite the bullit and do the difficult stuff things do not get worse but get even better. My son's ticket double from a $120 to $240. He does this much in his life. I used to also.
