There are no such things as absolutes.
No one can be purely good or evil.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is either too afraid or too lazy to discover the truth.

I think it's very rare that you can ever find someone pure evil but the world we live in is a strange place and things happen almost daily that maybe our ancestors may not have imagined in their lives. When I read about the serial killers and the way they kill their innocent victims I think that there are people among us who are pure evil.

Evil is in the eye of the beholder. Besides, who's to say that the people that love these so called "Evil" people aren't evil themselves. Maybe they love the evil in them. It may sound ridiculous, but.....yeah, It kinda is. I can't justify that. But what I'm trying to say is that if you aren't evil yourself, it's hard to believe in pure evil. I think everyone has the potential to be good, even if they have every intention of being evil. It's not who they are that makes people evil, it's their intentions.

well like saddam after his execution his daughter's said he was very affectionit and had a big heart, and his people said he was the best thing that ever happened and they loved him...so there is no such thing as "pure" evil only people who someone misunderstands and is afraid of so they automaticly fear and hate them

No.
Man is basically good.
Even the criminal is good at the bottom of his dirty heart. That dirty heart can be cleaned by erasing the evil which is stored in the mind as past bad experiences, the lies in it. But the basic good can never be erased because it belongs to us from our Origin and it comes more and more to the surface as we erase the bad experiences in our past.

Pure evil in my opinion is the absence of God , IF darkness is the absence of light then pure evil is the absence of God .
Once you turn on a light for example in a room it brightens I think that also applies to humans if you turn a light in someone "evil" pure evil diminishes.

Sure, somebody didn't love them enough to stop them being purely evil. Jonny Ringo didn't have anyone who loved him.
