Like the song says: "what we want is only what we want until its ours" then we want more or something else. Fostered by a capitalist economy. Aquiring things seems to be the answer to the pursuit of happiness in this country. Is that really the answer? When you get something do you feel satisfied?

For example, I am a vegetarian, a Chinese. Once people know that I am a vegetarian, they will ask why (because of belief? or what's the philosophy behind?). I just think it is natural that people are foodie, then why can't it be natural that I am vegetarian?
Why minorities need reasoning to support their stands but majority doesn't?

Personally, my motto would be along these lines : Life is a cess pool that nobody flushes which is why we all have to live with the stench. Reason: Price gouging over electricity, gas, and just the basics anymore.

I was sitting beside the shore as the waves hit themselves to the rocks and went back and forth. It was as if the water was in war with the rocks. Then I thought about this happening and I realised that this war has a beautiful side to it. When rain falls on the dry land the dry land gives birth to nature and thus life is begun. I realised that the reason life is, is because there is good and evil in the world and the resault of their colision is life. What do you think?

I'm not an atheist or anything-(I don't go to church EVERY Sunday) I just want to know why, because the universe and the other planets are physically there, so don't tell me they are just illusions created by Satan or some crazy idea like that. It just doesn't add up to me that well. (I know this might be a hard question to answer)

Basically, we only know that an orange is orange because we, like all generations before us, have been taught that colour. Somebody who is colourblind could probably still distinguish certain colour even if they looked similar. Is it possible that everybody sees completely different colours and we all reach the same conclusion through teaching? Can this be used as a tactic?

Do you not agree that time is a synthetic phenomenon, thus time becomes an illusion, and therefore time can be bended and twisted repeatedly? Doesn’t my hypothesis answer the un-natural occurrences that have been reported? In addition, isn’t it possible that our history, our present and our future are all occurring with in the same time period? As you are reading these questions who is to say that you weren’t meant to read these questions because you had already have done it and it was ought to happen? Thus, wouldn’t that mean that you are reading this question because there was no other option for this happening at this time, and I ask this question because I was meant to ask this question one way or another? And so you couldn't have changed this from happening because it had already happend and is happening and will happen in future?
