You must remember that while you are asleep, dreams are depictions and illusions of the mind. Even if a person goes blind while still an infant, their mind can still recollect the colors and images they experienced. The mind can do a lot with very little.

Blind people also dream... their reality however diffrent from one who sees... a blind person's reality to a seeing person's reality is probably as diffrent as my reality is from yours... even though we both see, we have seen diffrent happenings.

dreams usually arent based on wut a person has seen, but on what they feel deep down, and how they picture life. so yes, people who r blind, born that way or not, do have dreams.

i would think they can they have a picture in there mind of what they think things look like.
