Answer me this - would killing yourself really give you more of a purpose? I think not. Talk to those you love, find friends, have fun, take up a hobby. . . . find a distraction. It's distractions and short time goals that make the larger goals materialise, and those goals make life worth living.

The phrase 'Everything is Possible!' may spring to mind, but it's slightly naive. Lots of things are impossible, but being happy certainly isn't one of them. Getting there differs from person to person - I expect your unhappiness is springing from some sort of depression or pessimism. The chances are things aren't nearly as bad as you think they are, and if they are, then feel consoled by the fact that they won't get worse.

With the your own peseverance, and the help of others, you'll find happiness, and after sadness happiness feels even better than if you've been happy all your life - because you have something to compare it with. Ultimately, it's up to you to make yourself happy. For some people, the idea of a God is hugely reassuring and helpful - ultimately however it iss through your own effort that happiness develops. If God helps as a tool, then by all means turn to a religion.

How do you know you will never realize your goals? We all have some purpose. We are not all going to be Bill Gates or Brittney Spears (I would never want to be her). You are someones daughter or sister. Get a good education, stay off drugs and get rid of all the negative forces around you such as loser friends that might be bringing you down. Think positive thoughts. Talk to a school councilor. Look around this world. There are millions of people much worst off than you. We can't always get what we want. That's life! Make the best out of your situation and you will find happiness. You can also do some volunteer work and help others less fortunate. You will then find your purpose. Remember keep smiling...You'll make it!

First of all you do have a purpose on this world all you have to do is look deep down inside of you and find out what that is.How is my life miserable that is what you need to ask yourself and when you find the answer you need to make away to solve that problem.I think that you sholud not kill yourself I mean just cuz you think that you have a bad life does not mean you should kill yourself. If you think that you have goals in life but do not know what they are then ask someone that you care about and that cares about you what makes you special but before you do that then you need to look deep down and find that out first. Then when you find that out you can live the life you want for you not for anyone else.

From a Friend that cares.

I keep on hoping. I know how you feel, believe me! Ever since Sunny died everything has been just wrong. It feels like my heart has been wripped out of my chest. First Compis, then Ronja and last but not least Sunny. Try to talk to people, it can just be over the internet if you want. Find things you like and do them, for instance read a book. Books are the best thing if you want to escape reality. Daydream is something I do a lot too. Listen to sad music and cry as you listen to it. Then you will get like recharged. It's like that for me.

i know i can get any dream of mine b.c i want it. u can get anything u want if u put ur mind to it. and i learned to not say never! i usely keep them simple to work up to the hard one. you have to find what make u happy and what works for u to achive ur goals.

make some short term acheivable goals. I don't mean to say to aim high but if you feel that way about your goals then they may be a little on the fantasy side. Be realistic when planning for your future, don't set yourself up for disappointment there is enough without creating it. AND don't say things like "I want to kill myself" it is selfish and make people who love you concerned about mental illness. If you ARE that depressed tell your family doctor, you don't have to see a psychiatrist for anti depressants.

Do not worry. There is purpose for our life. Please understand the meaning of life and you will not feel miserable and not get depressed and come to wrong conclusions- read

Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.

I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.

You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.

The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

I was like you untill about 2 months ago... I actually felt that my purpose was served here and there was no farther purpose to my life... but then I realised I still do not know many things and everymorning that I wake up I still need to be more mature than I was the day before... Thus I seek knowledge, and there isn't any limit to that... now I feel like I wish I could live forever just to be able to learn more... you can never learn enough in life.
