Why is life so that when you wish for something really badly, you almost never get what you want? then when it seems that there is no more hope of getting what you desire, it just, *poof* appears?

I'm just wondering.

Some psychologists compare our consciousness with iceberg.
The small visible part of this iceberg is our logical consciousness.
And the unseen (underwater) greater part of the iceberg is
our subconsciousness. Therefore they say, the man uses
only 10% of possibility of his brain.
And if it so, why doesn,t anybody teach us how
to develop our subconsciousness.
I think it is because there are few people who understand
that the processes of subconsciousness are connected
with quantum processes. The subconsciousness theory
closely united with quantum theory.
These quantum processes which take place in lifeless
(inanimate) nature also take place in our brain.
Our brain can be the laboratory in which we can
test the truth of quantum theory.
=============
1. Nonlinear dynamic process.
2. Vacuum process.
3. Superconductive process.
4. Holographic process.
5. etc.
=================
Our computer-brain works on a dualistic basis:
a) consciousness,
b) intuitio

Please watch this video; it's only 5 minutes and then tell me; what is the plight of mankind? Indeed, we are the most mentally advanced with complex societies, but what do we lack most right now in these times of destruction, hatred and violence....compassion. Compassion and brotherhood; 2 concepts reflected in even the most primitive beings...ants, who work together with no rebellion and who ward off evil. Tell me, are we less than ants? Or do we have the ability to create a prosperous, peaceful world?

I do. Many world leaders are. But especially guilty is a Pres who bombs a country rather indiscrimately, helping cause a virtual civil war that causes 150,000 more deaths, and now continues to send his countrymen over knowing well that many more will die - for no gain! No, I'm not standing up for Saddam - I'm standing up for humanity! -, merely saying he fell into the trap that many do: power not only corrupts but animalizes too. If you rooted and cheered for his death, or any death, you've fallen into a similar trap. It's yet another sad and brutal day for humanity. Violence begets violence. The last Christian died on the cross. Amen.

Is it chance that produces the result of a coin toss, or is it weight,velocity,time,and force of gravity? Is there a being named Chance? So that it exerts power? Does chance exert any power at all? If you have a chance meeting, that means it was unplanned not without cause, for although it was unplanned and unexpected, it still happened because it had a cause, only you were not aware of it . The cause was your friend being there and his reason for being there, and you were both there for various reasons or causes. The meeting was caused by these separate independent factors. So if I say I met my friend by chance, what am I really saying? Answer, that I ran into him unexpectedly. So if I say as some are in the habit of saying, the Universe was created by chance, what does that really mean? Am I saying the universe was created by unexpectedly? If Chance is a description then it is descriptive and not a person or a place or a thing. I ask is such a description the cause of anything?

What if chruch, religion, laws and society are all clever inventions placed before us to keep society in order under someone else who is getting rich off of our stupidity?

What if when you die, you don't go to a HEaven or Hell, but you simply DIE and everything goes black...perhaps you are nothing more than a combination of nerves and feeling that has been ordered and structured by evolution and natural progression of species? Perhaps your death will be no different than that of an ant or the common flea?

If a 50 cent condom or a $500 abortion can put an end to life, then LIFE DOES HAVE A PRICE.

What if life is meaningless and the entire human race is doomed by either an extinction level event?
