A boat in the ocean. Sometimes it felt like I was a ship lost at sea, just sort of drifting wherever the wind carried me. Not in control of my life. Sometimes I felt like a (relation)shipwreck. Brokenhearted, in pieces, washed up on the shore. But I put myself back together & dared to venture back out again on the ocean of life. I realized that I am the captain of my ship. I choose my course. I can steer myself in the right direction & reach my destination. I can also enjoy the journey, even when the storm gets a little rough & I worry I won't get through it. The sun comes out again & the water is calm & I can get back on course...

No I am a ship in the ocean not a boat. ha ha . Boats are too small and dangerous. So I go sailing in my ship where ever I want into the oblivion if there is a need. Ha ha

Good question.... though options given are limited.
We are less than a boat totally lost in the bottomless high seas much much bigger and uncertain than any ocean can ever be on any planet!!! And yet, indeed we have the free will and it is we ourselves who make our life what it becomes.
