I take people at face value, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Eventually they will reveal themselves as to whether they were honest or not. I'm not afraid of being hurt by anyone because there's not that many weak points and I'm a pretty resilient person.

Do you automatically assume that someone is lying about themselves or something or being dishonest before you even get to know them?

Do you insult/accuse people for being untruthful simply because you think they are being untruthful or because something they say seems unrealistic?

Why do you do that? What is going through your mind? What was your life like that makes you so distrustful?

(Just so you know I've been lied to and betrayed way too many times in my life to count... but, I've managed to shrug it off without becoming cynical)

When a property has been bought and is concidered owned, is only it's surface concidered owned? Do people own a depth of the land too? How much?

Would it be perfectly legal if someone made a tunnel under another persons property?

Is humanity so wrapped up in working, soccer practice, parties, social clubs, new technologies, the price of stock, the latest trend in wines, etc.... that we no longer have time or emotional energy to notice the suffering of those around us? Are we just too busy with our own lives or have we become selfish and just haven't noticed?

...better than in the past. Do you think, even though the world is not perfect, and sad events plague us at the moment, the world is constantly, if very slowly, moving in the right direction and our ancestors will be better off then we are today, and there ancestors will be even better, etc.? I think that humanity does make progress and for every step back we eventually take two forward! What do you think?
