You are confused from the beginning..:)

God is creation of the human mind.
GOD is a DOGMA. or alias, an AXIOM with other words....an acceptance by convention. There is no proof that God exists. We take his existance for granted. and after this we have built all about "heavens" and "hells" and "afterlife". When you die, You die. There is no return...

wake up.....have a glass of water......and if you gonna go back to your bed for "sleep" take care to keep yourself..... warm. GET a Blanket.:)

Look im not religious and i dont belive in an afterlife. But looking at this from a purly "religious" view I would say that if there is an afterlife im sure that animals get to go. Animals are not as intelegent as us so do not get to make calculated dessitions. Because of this any decistion made can not be blamed on the animal. So the animals spirit must be pure. Therefore they must be able to go on to some sort of afterlife.

Acording to the bible, god created all animals. If this is true then i am sure he will let his creations in to heaven. Have u ever seen the film all dogs go to heaven? Well there is living proof lol

I don't think what we call smart has any thing to do where we go in the after life, if there is one, and if we really go any where but stay right here and just change perception, reality or dimension. I think we all know one or two persons who are very smart in the sense of what most people think of the word, but with a level of consciousness of a pig, a snake or any other dirty or poisonous rare creature. Where do you think this type of person goes? A non physical being like the soul must have a different set of values and a different point of reference one it leaves the body. For example, the present reality of time and space given to us by our brain must be meaningless. Once the soul is free form the body the new reality must be overwhelming, tho familiar and a very happy occasion like coming back home. I think is extremely arrogant to think that we have the knowledge now to decide who goes where in the so called after life. On what grounds do we make the assertion that our present notion of smartness or whatever interpretation we give to the word God, have any real meaning or values for the soul once it leave the physical sphere?

Woah pal, who says animals aren't "smart enough to believe in any kind of god?" A human? Figures.

And who says that it's "smart" to believe in "any kind of god"? You?

I think the word you are looking for is "SAFE" not "smart".

And as for the afterlife part of your question- we know that we are "alive" as long as there is electrical data picked up on an EEG that shows something is going on in our brains.

Electricity is a pulse like a wave- a radio signal and those types of pulses and signals go on and on infinitely. So why wouldn't the essence of our being also go on and on as energy?

The physical body is little more than a space suit we
(energy/Spirit) wear so we can walk around this 3 dimensional planet. We don;t need the "spacesuit" when we're done with it. Our journey goes on. And all my pets go on also. WE are the collective energy we know as GOD. WE the people. We ARE God.

well i believe that we are all god's children and that he takes us no matter what. What about a mentally handicapped person who has never gone to church but never done anything wrong? Do they not get to go to heaven because they didn't know? I believe there is no hell only dark entities that remain earthbound and the white entities go to heaven and you know if you are a dark entity.

that thought only holds true if one believes that they must believe in God in order to experience the afterlife.

It fails too when you take into consideration that God would not turn his back on this chosen ones just because they were born with a disability that prevented them from understanding.....do you see what I mean.

who says they aren't smart and who says they don't worship and have some kind of conscious relationship with the maker of galaxies, fact is we don't really know what goes on in those furry,/ feathered,/ scaly,/ shiny,/ little/big heads of theirs. they may know more than we think, or know.

They go to heaven, and I don't think you have to be aware, in some cases to go to heaven. Infants and very young children aren't and they surely go to heaven.

I don't think animals are as stupid as people make them out to be. They probably think that same way about us, so maybe they think like us, too.
