well...I dont know but love is nonexistent. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS LOVE!!! It doesnt exist at all. Love cannot be described, depicted, or explained. Its an addiction of emotions. Nobody can LOVE another person. They lust each other. If anyone says they love you...its a lie. THEY ARE LIARS. LOVE IS A PILE OF CRAP!!!

Love can be any number of things! Everyone has their own idea of what love is to them and How love makes them feel. Here are a few examples of what love can be.....
Love can be a warm breeze on a summer day, or a beautiful smile of a new born baby, to see your children's faces on Christmas morning when they come down stairs to see what Santa has left for them and be with your family.

Honestly to me it is a language that can be spoken between two of the opposite sex, that uplifting feeling that makes movie crowds go awww, going to the limits to help or show someone what you really feel the feeling that could be expressed with a hug or a kiss, and the reason God has mercy on us even when we do the worst we could possibly do. For me that pretty much somes it all up for the definition of LOVE.

A deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness.
A feeling of intense desire and attraction toward a person with whom one is disposed to make a pair; the emotion of sex and romance.
That's the meaning of love

I had to chime in on this one just to say. . .
get a load of the rager. "love is crap!" lol
somebody just had a breakup. sorry dude, it'll get better one day.
and the bible-thumper, "love is patience etc." lol
the least you could do is put in the whole passage. I would have thought you'd have it committed to memory.
My answer is. . . caring for someone or something more than you care for yourself. Putting the needs of that person or thing above your own.
At least that's what it is for me.

An attraction to a person or object that means something dear to you. Really, love is what you make it out to be.

Love is what we experience in any moment that we are with someone without having or believing any judgments about that person (“good” or “bad”).

Love is a Rose.
You need to know how to hold it (ever so gently), or you may crush it or prick yourself.
You need to know when to let go and let it breathe.
You need to know how to let it go once it has died, but always try to revive it.
You need to know how and when to pick it up for the first time or as a second.
You need to know how to care for it so that it can last.
You need to know that it needs YOU, so love yourself first to let it blossom.
