Hi,
I've officially got into the acting buisness (finally!). I have an agent, I've got auditions set up,etc, everything but a slogan. So I really need some ideas for a slogan to put on my buisness card. The best me and my entire family managed to come up with was 'The talent lies within' so you can understand that we're a bit useless at this sort of thing. Please help!

I am interested in violin, flute and alto saxophone! can someone who has learnt them tell me if which of them is like, the easiest? Is learning violin as hard as piano? I have learnt piano and found it rather hard. What is the difficult part about violin? I want to learn a musical instrument so that I be involved in pop music productions, like with the Taiwanese or Hong Kong singers when I'm old enough(i'm only 15). Which of them would be more useful if it's for pop music production? I heard so it's violin, but is it true? And what about saxophone? Are saxophones very useful when talking about pop music productions?

I really want to audition for some musicals at my community theatre in the coming months.
I have a problem though.
I have never been in any shows before.
I am talented.
I have been taking voice lessons for 2 years and acting lessons for a year.
What would I put on my resume?
Most people who are going to be auditioning are people who have been doing musical theatre since they were 3.
I am 17 and I have done nothing except for taking lessons.
They will be able to put all the shows that they have been in on their resume and it will look like I have no experience.
Does it matter that I have never been in any plays or anything?
I really want to be in a show!

ok. it's summer. the windows and doors are all open so the house doesn't get so hot. i'm TRYING to build up longer endurance and higher range...but of course it sounds like a dying goose. needless to say MY NEIGHBORS DON'T LIKE IT. is there a device or something you can MUFFLE the sound with without changing it? (like not a strait mute or harmon mute...cuz they change the sound of the note)

Well it been a while since I've played guitar because of an injury to my left arm. But I've started having problem with using a guitar pick. You see the thing is that when I try to do fast runs of scales and such I feel that picking hand is too slow for my left so I end up having muted strings and its really getting to me is there any exercise that might help me fix this?

I am a beginner and know nothing about guitars. I just bought (what I assume is) a right handed guitar. I don't want to return it and seek out a left handed one just for beginning.... Can't I just have the strings re-tied so they work like a left handed guitar?

I have never picked up a guitar, but want to learn. I bought this one from ebay because I didn't want to spend a lot of money up front. Is this a decent guitar to learn on?

I'm an actress looking for an agent, and it's so stressful, cause i don't know where to start! Is John Robert Powers just a school? Or is it an agency that will place you with an agent that will get you work? Can anybody recommend how to look for a good agency to try and sign with?
