hey i just started playing acoustic guitar, any advice for playing punk music on it so i can sing along with it?

Youre going to want to focus more on singing and playing the right notes rather than keeping a rhythm. I would recommend starting with a drum machine to help keep rhythm. Once you get the singing and playing at the same time, cut the drum machine out.

good punk music always ends with smashing your friggin guitar on your drummers head

so dont buy expensive guitars

use easy bar chords, and if you dont know what they are then here is an example

e--- hope you can read tabs if not
b--- then the number is what fret
g--- you put your finger on.
d-5- a good website to get tabs on is
